OFFICIAL SUMMER FESTIVAL SHOWCASE- JULY 12-23
Main Stage- Duncan City Square
Monday July 13th -7 p.m. Dal Richards' Orchestra What can you say? We had to have him back. The guy is still out there performing the music he loves best, a true delight as shown eache year by the attendance in the square. Get there early for a good seat.
Tuesday July 14th – 6:30 p.m. The Kerplunks
Nominated and awarded nationally in the children't entertainer and CD categories, they are just as infectious for the accompanying adult audience as for the kids that always end up participating. They are from Nanaimo.
Wednesday July 15th - 7 p.m. – Kendall Patrick / Ryan McMahon / Patty Larkin This folk based singer / songwriter kinda evening is where we present some of our local up and coming along with one of the best from this year’s Vancouver Folk Festival.
Thursday July 16th – 7 p.m. Daniel Lapp and the BC Fiddle Orchestra
There is no finer fiddler on the west coast these days and with his troupe of young fiddle students joining him, you can bet for sure that your toes will be a tappin’
Friday July 17th 7 p.m. Late Arrival / Rockie Jr. Trio / P.I.G.S.- The Canadian Pink Floyd Tribute Band Rock has always been offered up on the Friday night of the summer festival and this year is no exception…from last years Duncan’s Got Talent participants to rockin’ originals from Vancouver to one of the finest tributes to the true Pink Floyd genre
Charles Hoey Park Stage- Evening concerts - 6-8 p.m.
Monday July 13th-MTONI MALAIKA Marimba Band. Dancin’ in the park or just sittin’…you will groove to the international sound of their music
Tuesday July 14th -Boys and Their Songs hosted by Bill Levity.

Yes, they get together after the parade and really blow off some steam as they trade off on some of their favourite tunes. Iif you like marching band music with out having to chase the band to hear the whole song then be there, not the Square!

For the first time we offer noon hour concerts in the park over two weeks. Various musicians from the valley will be featured as well as those arriving for the Island’s Folk Festival. They will give a little daily treat beside the train station and museum in the beautiful Charles Hoey Park.

CVAC'sGreen Door Stage 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
This stage will focus on artist showcases, food demonstrations and acoustic concerts.
