The parade leaves Island Saving’s Centre at 11a.m. and winds its way through Duncan. Please note that the Grand Parade Entry deadline has been changed to July 15th @ noon. If you would like to register you can download a copy and summit it to or you can stop by the Caboose and drop it off in person or through the mail slot. Grande Parade…11am We are fortunate enough to have the Delta Police Pipe Band join us this year not only for our parade but also for the special Tattoo to be held on Kenneth Street in front of the Legion on Saturday, July 17th at 2pm. With the Cowichan Pipes and Drums and young highland dancers able to join them, we are guaranteed an exciting time. And you can bet the pipers will stay downtown for some tom-foolery for sure. A Ceilidh* may even be perpetrated on Kenneth Street!!
The Summer Festival Grand Parade is a fantastic way to promote your local business or non-profit agency to the greater community. Entrance fees to participate are $100 for business and $15 for non-profits.
