The parade leaves Island Saving’s Centre at 11a.m. and winds its way through Duncan. 
Over 100 floats participate in this fun, colourful celebration of Community Spirit. Click here to download the PARADE FORM and the Rules and Regulations. Please keep a copy of your entry form for your records. The Summer Festival Grand Parade is a fantastic way to promote your local business or non-profit agency to the greater community. Entrance fees to participate are $100 for business and $15 for non-profits. Come and help us Celebrate 30 years of Summer Festival and living in the Cowichan Valley.
